Returns - NewU - cogged and smooth lifting threads, hyaluronic acid fillers

Medicinal products and medical devices released from Beautreads are not refundable. This does not apply to medicinal products and medical devices returned to Beautreads due to a quality defect, improper delivery.
Shipments with returned goods should be sent to the following address: NewU sp.z o.o. Żubrowa 2 ,01-978 Warsaw. We suggest that the shipment with returned goods be labeled "RETURN OF GOODS".
Beautreads returns the payment to the Consumer to the Consumer using the same method of payment as used by the Consumer. The reimbursement is made by Beautreads immediately, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the consumer's statement of withdrawal from the contract. Beautreads may withhold the reimbursement of the payment until receiving a package containing returned goods or proof of sending it back, please properly secure the returned goods and not return them in envelopes or bubble envelopes.
Beautreads does not accept COD parcels.
The right to withdraw from the contract is not entitled to the Consumer in relation to contracts in which
the subject of the contract is goods with a short shelf life, as Beautreads informed the customer when ordering;
the subject of the contract are goods which, after delivery in a sealed package, have been opened, and which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons;
the subject of the contract are medicinal products and medical devices in accordance with §6 para. 1 above.
